- Groove 90° (V-shape): Suitable for foldings up to 90°.
- Rectangular groove: Suitable for foldings up to 150° (depends on panel thickness, not suitable for BANGLA ACP).
- The common router with the appropriate bit can be used for processing.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Use a soft cloth with mild detergent or water.
Avoid strong acids, alkalis, or solvents to prevent surface damage.
For heavy curtain walls, high-pressure sprayers are recommended.
Recycling
ALCOBOND panels are fully recyclable. Both the core material and aluminium cover sheets can be remelted and reused for new production.

Chalking Resistance: ASTM D-4214-89 (8 Unit)
Pencil Hardness: ASTM D-3363-920 (H-F)
Formability (T-bend): ASTM D-1737-62 (2T No Crack)
Adhesion (Dry, Wet, Boiling Water, Reverse Impact-Crosshatch): ASTM D-3359, Method 8 – No Change
Abrasion Resistance: ASTM D-968-93 – No Change
Salt Spray Resistance: ASTM B117-90 (100% Salt Fog, 35°C, 3,000 hrs)
Humidity Resistance: ASTM D2247-94 (100% Humidity, 35°C, 3,000 hrs)
Chemical Resistance: ASTM D-1308-87, AAMA 605.2-90 (No Change to HCL, H2SO4, Mortar, Detergent)
